Robert Flennaugh II has represented clients in Washington State and Federal courts for over fourteen years. He began his career as a public defender with the Society of Counsel Representing Accused Persons (S.C.R.A.P), where he represented both adult and juvenile clients on a wide variety of charges. Robert is involved in a number of community and civic organizations focused on youth outreach, and is a frequent guest speaker before high school and college audiences on issues such as juvenile rights.
Robert has defended adult clients on all levels of misdemeanor and felony charges. In particular, he has extensive experience representing clients on charges of domestic violence, assault, and violation of no contact orders.
